Waste Declaration

Elimination of the „simplified certificate of disposal“ for „non-hazardous wastes“ - simplification for you through HIM Service

On July 15, 2006 the federal government passed the law for the simplification of waste management monitoring, followed by the ordinance on waste management monitoring on October 20, 2006. Both of these essentially came into force on February 1, 2007. Among other things, this resulted in amendments of the Recycling / Waste Management Act and certificate ordinance, and therefore to the procedure for the certificate of disposal.

The mandatory legal obligation to produce supporting documents (simplified certificate of disposal) for „non-hazardous wastes“ was eliminated on February 1, 2007.

However, all disposal companies are still subject to legal documentation obligations (registration requirements) that correspond to the familiar „simplified certificate“ and „dock receipt“ in regards to content.

We also require all waste-specific information such as the composition, type of packaging, origins etc. for your „non-hazardous wastes“ in order to assess the options for disposal in our facilities.
